I thought I goofed again.
I was informed that I forgot to attach the pdf format version of the August Scoop. At first glance I thought the same thing when I just expanded the posting on the home page (clicked on the little down arrow). When I did this only the Word version is shown. However, when I actually open the post (click on the title) both the Word and PDF versions are there for viewing/downloading.
So it's there but be sure to fully open the posting to ensure seeing the whole thing.
