Answer to Mystery Flat Car

OK, I'll give in and divulge the answer to the use of this mystery flat car. During the mid/late 80's the Department of Energy at Oak Ridge marketed a campaign to provide support services for others. Part of this was a naval contract to build some scaled test bed units as artistically represented in the photo. I used a little poetic licence on this as I could not find any actual pictures of the loads.

And now who knows what this load is from? Warning! Watch out for those blue meanies.
